The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by one additional day. Please allow additional days for delivery transit. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after 24 hours starting from the time you place your order.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at (info@banopuratos.com) within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Payment Transactions: Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Any issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.
Undeliverable Orders
If the delivery driver is unable to reach you due to incorrect contact information, you being unavailable, or any other issue, the delivery will be rescheduled. If you cannot be contacted after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Holiday & Special Event Deliveries
During holidays or special events, delivery times may be longer due to high demand or local closures. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from a Force Majeure event, including, without limitation, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, transportation or logistical disruptions, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a Force Majeure, delivery times may be extended, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any anticipated delays.
