Description
These pans made of fine steel feature a non-stick interior coating and a protective exterior coating. They combine the cooking benefits of tinplate and ease of use of the non-stick surface. The heat is rapidly and evenly distributed and you do not need to grease the mould.
The thinness of the material favours an optimal colouring and cooking of the dough.
Thanks to the non-stick coating, removing the cake from the pan is extremely easy.
Simply wipe the mold to clean it (the material should not be exposed to humidity).
