Mousse and Cream stabilizing powder that contains no gelatin. Suitable for use with fresh cream and non-diary / vegetable creams. Time saving and can be flavored.

How to use

Mix the preparation with water. Incorporate progressively the whipped cream. Leave to settle in a cool place (max. 8°C).
