- Water (50-60°C) 1500g
- Oil 100g

Application / Method
- Add the Tegral Clara Super to the water and mix for 1-2 minute at low speed
- Add the oil slowly during 30 sec and mix 4 minutes at medium speed until you get a smooth batter.
- Then let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Pipe out and bake
- Bake for 20-minutes at 210°C
- Close the damper for the first 6 minutes, then open damper.
