Base in powder that’s suitable for cakes, semi-freddo, and ice cream on stick. With fructose, doesn’t contain saccharose. 

How to use

Add 200 g of Biancherò per 1 liter of fresh cream and whip to reach a soft consistency. Endless matches of tastes can be made with the addition of flavored pastes (hazelnut, strawberry, mascarpone, etc…) in the measure of 100-150 g for 1 liter of fresh cream. In case you use sugar-free pastes, an addition of 70-100 g of noble sweeteners is recommended (honey, fructose, grape's sugar, etc…).
